So it ended up being 101 yesterday. CRAY. Had a beer around 11:30 and skipped class. Then found out it was Craft Beer Week and went to visit Joe and picked up a 1945 by Black Market Brewing Co. Light carbonation, pleasant and balanced sours, mixes well with strawberry lemonade. Perfect end to get through a really hot monday.

Spicy Indian curry with Chinese green onion pancakes annnd some Blackstone 2010 cabernet sauvignon.

Bought curry packet thing which tasted gross. So added chicken, onion, carrot, bay leaf, homemade green sriracha, a crap ton of cayenne and garam masala, paprika, garlic powder, white and black pepper, and salt.

I made fried wonton AND sweet&sour (and slightly spicy) sauce. Boo-yea!

Filling: ground turkey, green onion, shitake mushrooms, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper (forgot to put soy sauce)

Nutella pops. 3:1 milk to nutella in a blender. Then freeze for a couple hours. Super easy, super delicious. Next time I will use milk with a bit more fat in it (used 2%, feels kind of ‘watery’) and some almonds to make it a ferrero rocher pop.
